As a Facilities Project Manager at our cutting-edge company, you'll be at the forefront of building the future. From high-tech facility expansions to mission-critical infrastructure upgrades, you'll lead projects from concept to completion—ensuring seamless execution of new construction, renovations, and state-of-the-art equipment installations. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to define project scopes, optimize timelines, and drive strategic initiatives that power innovation. What you'll do:

Project Planning and Coordination:

Plan, coordinate, and execute facilities projects, including construction, renovations, expansions, and equipment installations, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Develop comprehensive project schedules and timelines, allocating resources and tracking dependencies to ensure smooth project flow.

Develop Insights:

Monitor project progress, track milestones, and oversee expenditures, providing timely updates to the Facilities Manager.

Identify and proactively manage potential project risks, implementing effective mitigation strategies.

Prepare detailed project reports to capture key metrics, highlight progress, and address issues with corrective actions.

Schedule and lead meetings with stakeholders to discuss project updates, timelines, and adjustments.

Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and document lessons learned.

Required qualifications:

This role requires 50% travel and flexibility for extended hours to meet project demands.

2-3+ years of experience in construction or facilities project management, ideally within a cross-functional environment.

Strong project management skills with expertise in scheduling, budgeting, and tracking for construction projects.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and achieve project objectives.

Proficient in reading and interpreting construction documents and specifications.

Salary compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location.
