Support an organization which provides internal customers aircraft, ground support equipment, and spare parts to execute their tasks.   

Projects that you might work on:
Asset management trackers, monthly hardware usage reports and annual operating plan preparation. 
What you’ll do: 
  • Support the Fleet Management Program Manager in establishing and maintaining inventory of required aircraft, payloads, ground support equipment, and spare parts to enable customer contracts, demonstration events, crew training, and Research and Development activities. 
  • Use metrics and coordinated subject matter expertise to plan and schedule assets for future requirements. 
  • Liaise with cross-functional organizations to ensure delivery timeline and configuration of required hardware meets internal customer requirements. 
  • Effectively track and maintain accountability for hardware that is deployed worldwide. 
  • Coordinate with finance to ensure appropriate levels of insurance are in place to cover company owned hardware. 
  • Ensure the configuration of internal hardware is in alignment with approved engineering releases. 
  • Required qualifications:
  • Project/Program Management experience, including managing schedules, budget, resources.  
  • Experience with aviation operations, including coordinating work across multiple departments.  
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams. 
  • Significant experience and excellent skills with Microsoft Office Suite.  
  • Excellent skills in time management, planning and organization.  
  • Ability to manage a variety of projects in a manner that is largely self-directed.  
  • Excellent verbal and written ability.  
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field. 
  • A demonstrated record of working hard, being a trustworthy teammate, holding self and others to high standards, and being kind to others.  
  • Preferred qualifications:
  • Previous experience with a military organization managing schedules and/or long-range plans.
  • Experience in field of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS).
  • Previous experience managing company held assets.

    Location guidelines-
    Onsite = 5 days/week
    Remote = Remote but able to come to the office as requested for business needs
