Program Analyst (R2754)
Shield AI is seeking a Program Analyst in Washington, D.C. to work closely with the Program Management team to support excellence in execution of program objectives through internal management processes & systems.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Support effective execution of program requirements and internal management processes & systemsSupport and help manage baseline & updates to program costs and schedules using Shield AI-selected toolsGenerate Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) compliant monthly financial reports that include labor hours, labor costs, Other Direct Costs (including travel), subcontractor costs, etc. Conduct analysis and reporting of monthly planned vs actualsServe as primary program representative to work with Finance/Accounting to ensure the accuracy of data and reporting for all above tasksSupport the generation of cost estimates for program modifications/options/etcEvaluate staffing needs against resource availability projectionsIdentify and assess program, project and organizational risksDrive process implementation and execution REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Typically requires a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degreeStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience working on a DoD Program of Record (PoR)Understanding of DoD acquisition cycleUnderstanding of CDRLs and related DIDS, FARs, etc. Understanding of DoD program financialsExceptional interpersonal skills (verbal and written) and ability to lead by influence and collaboration Experience in project and program management and ability to run projectsSuperb skills in leadership, time management, organization, team management Significant experience and excellent skills with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet. Demonstrated record of working hard, being a trustworthy teammate, holding yourself and others to high standards, and being kind to others PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:
Experience with Earned Value and managing Gate Reviews, Estimates at Completion (EACs) and Program Management Reviews (PMRs) Power Automate for workflow automation across Microsoft applications
