Seeking a Project Manager to support planning and executing demonstrations of transformative unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) systems.

Projects that you might work on:

Domestic and international V-BAT demonstrations

Primary role and responsibilities:

Proposals/contracts review

Logistics planning

Customer coordination

Coordinating personnel for demonstration events 

Setting up and running team meetings  

Setting up and maintaining a project risk table  

Generating and maintaining project schedules

Managing subcontractors

Generating Demo Plans

Managing project budgets

Manage and organize customer correspondence

Coordinate import/export controls - ITAR & EAR 

Facilitate fuel procurement

Required qualifications:

2+ Project Management experience, including managing schedules, budget, resources, events.

Experience with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.

Significant experience and excellent skills with Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent skills in leadership, time management, organization, team management

Theoretical and practical project management knowledge

Knowledge of project management techniques and tools

Excellent verbal and written ability

You have a demonstrated record of working hard, being a trustworthy teammate, holding yourself and others to high standards, and being kind to others

Preferred qualifications:

PMP or similar certification

Total compensation: Salary within range listed above + Bonus + Benefits + Equity (if applicable)

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location. Information on the benefits offered is here. All offers are contingent on a cleared background check.

Location guidelines-

Onsite = 5 days/week

Hybrid = Several days in the office

Remote = Remote but able to come to the office as requested for business needs
