Job Description:

As an RF Engineer, you will directly impact hardware that goes into customer hands and is used in the field. Typically, you will design test plans to characterize and integrate RF sensor systems under guidance of a senior engineer. Alternatively, we will find a project that aligns with your interests and exposes you to that aspect of electrical engineering. For example, antenna design, radio/GPS design and test, signal integrity, analog design, etc.
What you'll do:
  • Work on real projects with hardware going to customers.
  • Meaningful and interesting work with a direct mentor to guide you.
  • Have a great learning experience with a humble, inspiring team.
  • Support RF sensor characterization and test for Shield AI’s V-BAT.
  • Opportunity to work in various electrical disciplines such as cameras, analog, digital, RF and power.
  • Complete product testing and verification. Identify problems and implement fixes.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Required qualifications:
  • You have a B.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent (or will be graduating in 2024)
  • You have experience as an electrical engineer such as full-time, internship, co-op, engineering club, etc.
  • Strong understanding of electrical fundamentals.
  • Great written and verbal communication.
  • A demonstrated history of working hard, being a trustworthy teammate, holding yourself and others to high standards, and being kind to others.
  • Have a passion for solving tough problems on a fast-paced team.

    - Regular employee positions: Salary within range listed above + Bonus + Benefits + Equity
    - Temporary employee positions: Hourly within range listed above + temporary benefits package (applicable after 60 days
    of employment)
    - Interns/Military Fellows/Part-time not eligible for bonus, benefits or equity

    Total package details for International based positions (where applicable):
    - International premium, hardship differential, cost of living differential, living quarters allowance, foreign service transfer

    Salary compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location. All offers are contingent on a cleared background and possible reference check.
