As an experienced Pricing Manager for the organization you develop cost/ price proposals to support Request for Proposal/ Solicitations.
What You'll Do:
  • Develop cost/price proposals of various sizes and complexities for RFP solicitations, ensuring compliance with company policies and FAR/ DFARs  
  • Perform margin analysis against organization targets 
  • Become an expert on Shield AI product and project pricing strategies and work side-by-side with Proposal Managers to ensure accurate cost estimates for pricing and on time proposal submission 
  • Communicate with direct management regarding cost/ pricing analysis and ensure organization management and other senior personnel are aware of risks and opportunities identified during pricing process 
  • Interface and build collaborative relationships with Contracts, Business Development, Engineering, Production and Supply Chain, Accounting, and FP&A 
  • Support other programmatic ad hoc requests, as needed 
  • Assist with project setup, billing, and preparation of project forecasts, including Estimate-At-Complete (EAC) and Estimate-To-Complete (ETC) analyses.

  • Indirect rate analysis 
  • Government Contracting compliance 
  • Required Qualifications:
  • Government contracting experience 
  • Understanding and experience with Fixed Price, Cost Reimbursable, and Time & Materials (T&M) contract types 
  • Familiarity with GAAP, FAR/DFAR, CAS 
  • 5+ years in finance or accounting with 2+ specifically in government contracting pricing 
  • BS/BA degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Business-related discipline finance, or business-related experience 
  • Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, attention to detail, and excellent communication and analytic skills 
  • You have a demonstrated record of working hard, being a trustworthy teammate, holding yourself and others to high standards, and being kind to others 
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Deltek Costpoint 
  • Experience with project planning tools

    Total package details:
    Regular employee positions: Salary within range listed above + Bonus + Benefits + Equity
    Temporary employee positions: Hourly within range listed above + temporary benefits package (applicable after 60 days of employment)
