Your skills in programming virtual environments can be used to train and test robots that help emergency and combat service members protect lives in the field. Join other game, AI and robotics veterans to create photo realistic environments and simulations for autonomous AI systems that were until now, just science fiction. 

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will develop and deploy scalable simulation and analytics of autonomous robots.  You will work alongside a team of passionate and driven engineers, designers and artists working on the our simulation tool called Morpheus which uses high performance game engines like Unreal. Your contributions will provide the backbone to the future of AI for a safer and more secure world! 

Projects that you might work on:
  • Develop realistic 3D simulated environments 
  • Develop simulated robots and their sensors 
  • Enable autonomy team to use simulation to develop AI 
  • Help artists to make small and large worlds for simulation 
  • Work on multiplayer systems for simulating robot swarms 
  • Required qualifications:
  • BS/MS in Computer Science, similar degree, or equivalent practical experience 
  • 3+ years of professional experience in C++ 
  • Fast, efficient, effective problem-solving approach 
  • Strong ability to debug, optimize, refactor, and write tests  
  • Exceptional collaborator and communicator 
  • Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with game engines like Unreal 
  • Familiarity with 3D graphics and techniques  
  • Experience with GPU programming  
  • Experience working with Linux environments 
  • Experience developing real-time multiplayer games 
  • Experience with robotic and/or autonomous systems 

  • Total compensation: Salary within range listed above + Bonus + Benefits + Equity (if applicable)
    Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location. Information on the benefits offered is here. All offers are contingent on a cleared background check.

    Location guidelines-
    Onsite = 5 days/week
    Hybrid = Several days in the office
    Remote = Remote but able to come to the office as requested for business needs
