About the role:

We're looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will excel at sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions to help us meet our ambitious growth goals.

What you'll be doing:

  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement scalable hiring solutions across all verticals, from GTM to engineering. Partner with our People Ops Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, nurturing relationships with candidates, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience that elevates our employer brand.
  • Culture and team environment: Lead with empathy to cultivate a vibrant culture spanning 4 continents. Guide people policies, foster open feedback, and promote inclusive communication, nurturing a high-performance environment.
  • Total Rewards: Participate in the development of competitive compensation and benefits structures, market insights to recommend attractive salary bands, incentive systems, and benefits packages that attract and retain top-tier talent.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilise data analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and provide actionable insights to optimise processes and enhance the employee experience.

  • Bring 5+ years of experience in Recruitment in fast-growing tech or SaaS environments.
  • You've driven organisational growth by planning for workforce expansion and anticipating skills gaps. Your strategies have enabled the seamless integration of new team members during periods of rapid development.
  • Excel in uncovering diverse top talent through innovative recruitment, crafting powerful employer branding; planning and forecasting strategic hiring aligned with the team's needs.
  • Are confident in your deep understanding of compensation philosophy and market trends to create competitive total rewards packages, implementing salary structures, incentive plans, and benefits that attract, motivate, and retain top talent.
  • Navigate intricate people situations with empathy, advocating for a positive, healthy workplace culture, and providing guidance on workplace guidelines.
  • Use analytical thinking to set and track key performance indicators for effective recruitment strategies.
