Executive Assistant — GTM/G&A

Position Overview
Snorkel is seeking an experienced EA to directly support our CRO and CMO, and more broadly the G&A leaders as well. This role will be a critical member of our Executive office and will be instrumental in ensuring the GTM and G&A Execs at Snorkel are operating in a maximized way. This role will partner directly with the VP of People on ensuring these parts of our business are operating efficiently and are set up for success.
The salary range for our preferred location of the Bay Area is $110-180K.
Location : Bay Area - 3x per week minimum in our Redwood City or SF office.
Key Responsibilities
This role reports into the VP of People, and will focus on:
- Calendar Management: Proactively manage the CRO and CMO calendars, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and prioritizing appointments. Help support G&A leaders on an as-needed basis.
- Email and Communication: Correspond directly with customers and event attendees and organizers to ensure Snorkel is represented well and partners can clearly communicate with our team.
- Information Management: Research, prepare, and organize information to assist the GTM leaders in making informed decisions.
- Meeting Coordination: Plan, organize, and lead critical functional meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
- Information Flow & Internal Comms: Establish efficient communication channels between these executives and various cross-functional departments, ensuring information flows smoothly.
- Special Projects: Lead and execute special projects assigned by the CRO/CMO or executive team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-6 years as an executive assistant to a GTM leader, preferably in a software or startup environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to operate autonomously and act proactively to get answers, context or direction when needed.
- Proven track record of influencing Executives - both in an EA role and from a project perspective
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in productivity tools, including G suite
- Ability to work independently and under pressure, with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Plus - experience working in corporate event planning and execution
