Snorkel AI is seeking a growth oriented individual to be the founding member of the Snorkel Enablement team. In this role, you will be working with a highly differentiated product currently being introduced to the market to solve the largest remaining unsolved problem in AI/ML. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team to achieve revenue goals and drive customer success. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of our sales organization. This includes creating and delivering training programs (including our new hire fast start program), developing sales collateral, and ensuring seamless communication between sales, marketing, and product teams. Sellers at Snorkel will follow a well-defined methodology that helps them identify the customer’s unique needs to clearly convey the value of the Snorkel AI platform. Main Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for the sales team, covering product knowledge, industry trends, and effective sales techniques
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create onboarding materials and resources for new XF hires to the GTM team
- Create and update sales collateral, presentations, and other materials to support the GTM team throughout the customer lifecycle
- Sit at the intersection of marketing, product, and our co-founding team to ensure that all sales materials align with the company & product messaging while aligning to the GTM sales process and methodology
- Partner with RevOps to analyze the sales process and identify areas for improvement, efficiency gains, and increased productivity with the key objective of driving higher conversion rates throughout each stage of our sales process
- Implement a metrics based framework to inform & action enablement topics, assets, investments etc
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and streamline workflows
- Establish a best in class GTM cross-functional enablement program for sales, pre-sales, and post-sales ICs
- Facilitate effective communication between sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment on key initiatives and goals
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages the sharing of best practices and insights

- Entrepreneurial/Builder mindset. Strong communication skills.
- Analytical. Leverages data where possible to drive sales productivity and evolve enablement programs
- Force Management Command of the Message enabled (ideally certified)
- Previous experience building onboarding programs in a sales-led GTM motion environment
- Experience creating content and leading training sessions with a very technical product
- Previous experience with Sales qualification methodologies (e.g. MEDDIC)
- Previous selling experience is a huge plus, we want an Enablement Manager who truly understands what it takes to sell a complex technical product
- Experience working for an innovative high growth tech company (SaaS, IT infrastructure or similar preferred)
