About the role: 
We are looking for an Account Executive who is responsible for managing the enterprise sales lifecycle from beginning to end for highly technical machine learning products and services.  As the AE you’ll work closely with a Solutions Engineer to assess customer needs and work to get them the best possible solution from our SaaS software and services.  You’ll maintain relationships over the long term and build on those relationships to grow our footprint in the accounts and ensure customers are continually satisfied.

Responsibilities:  

  • Build great rapport with customers and understand their needs
  • Be capable of thriving in a startup environment where not everything is set in stone
  • Understand what materials customers need to effectively sell and either crafting some of those materials themselves or able to work with a team to get those materials created

Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years as an account executive working on major accounts in a highly technical environment
  • Able to effectively start and follow through a small, medium and long term sales cycle
  • Able to keep deals alive with assertive and timely communication
  • Experience with AI or machine learning a big plus but not required provided the person is a quick study who can effectively pick up an understanding of new technology
  • Work in a highly technical environment and comfortable at not understanding every aspect of the technology but willing to learn new things so they can effectively 
  • Work with technical counterparts to better scope the deal and the work with a customer
  • Self-motivating and solving problems with flexibility
  • Managing a number of tiny details in a sales process to get that deal over the line
