About the role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Compensation and Benefits Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits analysis and be able to provide support in developing, implementing, and administering compensation and benefit programs. The Compensation and Benefits Analyst will be responsible for conducting job evaluations, analyzing salary survey data, and providing recommendations to ensure competitive and fair compensation packages. Additionally, the Compensation and Benefits Analyst will assist in the development of benefit plans and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct job evaluations and analyze salary survey data to ensure compensation packages are competitive and fair.
  • Participate in the development of compensation plans, including base pay, incentives, and equity plans.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to management regarding compensation decisions and practices.
  • Maintain knowledge of current market trends and best practices in compensation and benefits.
  • Conduct data analysis and prepare impact and cost assessments on compensation and benefits to support decision-making.
  • Assist in the development and administration of benefit plans, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and laws related to compensation and benefits.
  • Collaborate with HR team members and cross-functional partners to ensure consistent communication and alignment of compensation and benefit programs.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and management by answering questions and resolving issues related to compensation and benefits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits analysis, including experience with job evaluations and salary survey analysis.
  • Global Experience with exposure to compensation and benefits practices in multiple regions
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and provide recommendations to management.
  • Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
