Director, Product Marketing & Growth
Stability AI is seeking a Director of Product Marketing & Growth to build and lead a team responsible for B2B and B2C go-to-market, customer acquisition, retention, and ultimately, revenue growth. Reporting to the VP of Marketing & Communications, this role will own the strategy and execution for product marketing & growth across Stability AI’s enterprise solutions and professional creative applications.
It’s an exciting opportunity to build something from the ground up in generative AI, and play a key role in transforming professional visual media creation.
This role will require an understanding of the generative AI ecosystem and the visual media production pipeline.
This is a fully remote role based in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing team of Product Marketing Managers and Growth Marketing Managers.
- Own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy across Stability AI’s B2B and B2C suite of products.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive enterprise pipeline acceleration and B2C user acquisition.
- Lead demand generation initiatives, including multi-channel campaigns, ABM programs, and sales enablement, equipping the sales team with compelling content to drive customer engagement and deal conversion.
- Oversee major product launches, industry events, and strategic co-marketing initiatives with partners like AWS and Microsoft to accelerate adoption.
- Ensure the growth marketing function drives acquisition and retention, optimizing SEO, CRM, and paid media.
- Define and track KPIs including pipeline contribution, conversion rates, retention, CAC, and LTV.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging growth opportunities in AI, content creation, and enterprise software.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving both B2B pipeline and B2C user growth, with a strong understanding of enterprise sales motions and digital acquisition strategies.
- Expertise in GTM strategy, positioning, and messaging, with experience translating technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
- Relentless in measuring marketing effectiveness, leveraging data and insights to continuously optimize performance and maximize impact.
- Ability to thrive in a high-ambiguity, fast-moving environment and balance leadership with tactical execution.
- Deep understanding of the visual media generative AI ecosystem and active experimentation with generative AI tools.
- Experience in working with companies like AWS, Microsoft, or enterprise cloud providers preferred.
Compensation
The salary range for this role is between $185,000 and $205,000 USD. Individual pay within the range is based on factors like job-related skills and experience. Total compensation also includes stock options and benefits.
