Clipdrop provides easy to use, AI based content generation and edition tools with an expertise on images. Those tools are available on the clipdrop.co & cleanup.pictures websites, the Clipdrop mobile apps and via external APIs.

About the role
We are looking for a Front-end Developer to accelerate the launch and upgrades of our product suite. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building the frontend functionality of the website, designing the user interface, working with the product and backend team to deliver high-quality, user-friendly products. 

Responsibilities 

• Improve the HTML and CSS code for the website, using frameworks like TailwindCSS to ensure that it is responsive and mobile-friendly.
• Developing the front-end functionality of the website using Typescript and tools like React / NextJS to create interactive features.
• Designing the user interface of the website, including the layout, colors, and typography, to ensure that it is visually appealing and easy to use.
• Work closely with product management, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality and user-friendly products
• Ensuring that the website is optimized for performance, so that users can edit and process images quickly and efficiently.
• Testing and debugging the website to ensure that it is free of errors and works as intended across multiple devices and browsers.

Qualifications (or what you will bring)

• 5+ years frontend experience, working in a highly scalable environment
• Experience with tools such as Typescript, React, NextJS
• General hands-on experience with the foundational web technologies such  such as HTML5, CSS3, TailwindCSS, Responsive Design, HTML APIs, REST APIs
• Understanding of working with broad engineering and product teams
• Experience working as a member of a small agile software development team (e.g. participating in planning sessions and interpreting user stories, doing code reviews, pair programming)
• Personal projects will be valued
