VP of Partnerships

About the role:
We are looking for a VP or Partnerships who can manage current relationships, develop future relationships with key target accounts, and grow a high performing team to deliver on Stability’s vision. You should have strong knowledge of the cloud ecosystem and the ability to lead channel partner discussions. Experience with enterprise scale companies is important as we expand our offering.

Responsibilities:   

• Design a clear and comprehensive long/medium-term strategy
• Building key relationships with current and target channel partners  
• Interfacing with Solution Engineers and Business Development teams to define and articulate tailored proposals
• Manage and grow a cross-functional team, responsible for executing the partnerships strategy 

Qualifications: 

• 10+ years experience in Strategic positions facilitating Partner Management / Account Management
• Proven experience within technology companies, especially cloud environments 
• Experienced designing and executing company wide strategies 
• Able to lead and inspire a high performing team 
• Data-driven with the ability to utilize market research to your advantage 
• Strong relationship building skills with a pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working with C-Suite internally and externally to solidify/expand current partnerships and maximize the potential in new opportunities
