We’re looking for a Instructional Designer who will be responsible for facilitating training, coaching and onboarding for our commercial facing teams. The ideal candidate should have expertise in developing and delivering training programs and creating impactful content to help accelerate growth.

The role...

  • Design, build and implement the commercial facing teams’ learner journey with expertise and passion. This includes onboarding, everboarding, on-demand resources, and manager development
  • Understand the product and help train commercial facing teams on how to internalise and incorporate these new features/products/services into their day to day sales process
  • Develop and maintain sales enablement metrics to track the effectiveness of training, helping to identify gaps and optimise them for ongoing improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales enablement content, such as playbooks, presentations, and battle cards, to support the sales process as well as ensuring the collateral stays up to date and aligns with overall marketing messaging
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure that the commercial teams have the necessary tools to be successful
  • Become customer obsessed, think about the customer’s experience as they interact with commercial facing teams and how we can improve to create an exceptional experience

 

About you...

  • Proven track record of developing and facilitating sales enablement training for various levels of seniority both in-person and remotely
  • Previous experience supporting the growth of a commercial team from 50 to 200+ 
  • Excellent communicator when presenting to a commercial audience and executives
  • Self-starter mentality with a high degree of follow through - can own and take tasks through to completion
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience networking inside a company, to create relationships that help input into the process
  • You're based in London
