The role...

Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will act as an extension to the sales team by working closely with Sales reps on our highest-value clients. You are capable of engaging in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels of the organization - an ideal role for an individual who wants to expand their career with a fast-growing software company.

 

  • Partner closely with Strategic and Enterprise Account Executives to deliver high-quality customer-facing documentation in support of sales objectives 
  • Handle Security questionnaires from top tier clients 
  • Collaborate and build strong relationships with internal teams including Finance, Legal, RevOps, Infosec, Services, and Sales
  • Manage legal redlines, escalations and approvals with Legal parties on both sides
  • Maintain a highly organized pipeline of deals from negotiation to close
  • Input orders, confirm they are accurate and processed according to client requirements, and ensure related information is passed onto the relevant teams
  • Liaise with suppliers and 3rd party partners 
  • Assist directly with customer queries and requests related to contracting process
  • Use Salesforce and other internal systems to create quotes, proposals & contracts 
  • Attend internal sales meetings & stay up to date on strategic changes related to product, pricing and process 
  • Adapt as the Sales Operations role and duty continues to evolve, and embrace technology as a way to drive efficiency and support business needs
  • Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives

 

About you...

  • 1+ years relevant work experience in a sales or operations role
  • Technical aptitude and experience with Salesforce
  • Familiarity with sales cycles and B2B environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Strong attention to detail, organization and problem solving skills
  • Previous experience in a high-volume order processing and/or data entry role
  • Experience managing large and complex projects
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service
  • High self-motivation, responsibility, and flexibility to achieve results
  • A self-starter with a β€œcan do” attitude
  • Ability to build effective customer and internal relationships
  • Able to work on tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of project coordination
  • You are based in the NYC Metro area

πŸ’° Salary: $70,000 - $110,000, depending on experience
