Revenue Operations Manager (Remote)

At Weights & Biases, our mission is to build the best tools for AI developers. Weights & Biases is a Series C company with $250M in funding and over 200 employees. We proudly serve over 1,000 customers and more than 30 foundation model builders including customers such as OpenAI, NVIDIA, Microsoft, and Toyota.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Revenue Strategy and Operations, the Revenue Operations Manager will own the development and optimization of critical revenue processes. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling complexity in a fast-paced environment, have a high level of attention to detail, and will be interested in building out new scalable internal processes. This is the perfect opportunity for a self-starter who is interested in expanding their analytical and operational toolkit within the context of Artificial Intelligence. Please note this will be an individual contributor role to start.

You'll be the strategic builder, to shape and deliver initiatives that focus on operational effectiveness and improve our sales and revenue efficiency and effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include aligning our GTM strategy and operations with overarching business objectives, acting as a key partner to the GTM teams and senior leaders.
Responsibilities:
  • Your impact will be felt across various dimensions:
  • Own and manage cross-functional initiatives that intersect sales, marketing, finance, product and data teams
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure revenue processes are set up for new product launches and scaling existing products
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to identify root cause, propose solutions, and collaborate with relevant teams to implement and drive process change
  • Reconcile data between systems/sources identifying differences and working with various team to identify root cause the discrepancies and propose solutions
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders in sales, finance, product, marketing and data to streamline processes, identify areas for automation, and implement tools and systems to enhance efficiency
  • Identify and provide feedback to continuously improve our sales and revenue processes
  • Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of professional experience in sales operations, analytics, top-tier consulting firms, or finance
  • An undergraduate and/or graduate degree in business, accounting, finance, or analytics
  • Comfort working in ambiguity in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present insights to stakeholders at various levels.
  • Strong quantitative skills and the willingness to dig into data.
  • The ability to think from first principles and iterate quickly to deliver results.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable with navigating ambiguity, and possessing a strong sense of grit.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Zoominfo, Tableau and other GTM tools.

  • The US base pay for this position ranges from $129,000 per year in our lowest geographic market up to $177,000 per year in our highest geographic market. Weights & Biases is committed to providing competitive salary, equity, and benefits packages for all full-time employees. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
