Senior Compensation Program Manager (Remote)

Reporting to the Director of People Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the company’s compensation programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the business’s needs. This role will analyze and benchmark salary data, develop salary structures, and manage compensation planning cycles. The Compensation Program Manager will collaborate with stakeholders and leaders across the organization to provide compensation recommendations, ensure compliance and equity, and enhance the company’s overall compensation program.
Responsibilities Nice to have:
The US base pay for this position ranges from $119,000 USD per year in our lowest geographic market up to $164,000 USD per year in our highest geographic market.
