Who You Are:
We are looking for a Seattle-based Customer Marketing Strategist to lead our current customer base marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for the customer lifecycle, which includes webinars and workshops, community management, and overseeing our presence on review sites. Your goal will be to enhance customer experience, foster engagement, and drive positive brand sentiment. As our inaugural Customer Marketing Strategist, you’ll have experience creating processes and building a strong customer community, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
How You’ll Contribute:
In this role, you’ll focus on the following:
- Design and execute a comprehensive schedule of webinars and workshops aligned to customer needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to create relevant content and secure engaging speakers that maximizes customer engagement
- Build and manage an active and vibrant online community for our customers and prospects
- Facilitate discussions, answer questions, and address concerns to foster a positive community environment
- Develop and implement strategies to increase community engagement and growth.
- Oversee WellSaid profile on review platforms, drive campaigns to boost reviews from satisfied customers
- Develop and ensure timely, professional responses to customer reviews
- Analyze review data to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing customer experience.
- Share insights and feedback from customer interactions to support product improvements and marketing campaigns.
- Develop and maintain metrics to evaluate the success of customer marketing initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Our ideal candidate will have some mix of the following experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in customer marketing, community management, or a related role.
- Demonstrated success in organizing and managing webinars and workshops.
- Experience in managing online communities and handling review site interactions.
- Strong communication skills.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.
To join our team you must also:
- Must be able to be in-office in Bellevue 2-3 days a week
- be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident

As a startup, we strive to be externally competitive with companies at a similar size and stage, and internally fair in our pay practices. The hiring salary range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000, and represents the target offer range given the scope and experience expectations for this role.
