As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager, you will build out the product marketing function by developing a clear plan and strategy for ICP/Personas, solutions messaging, GTM launches and competitive intelligence. You will work cross functionally with product, engineering, and GTM teams, operating in a fast paced environment aligned to clear KPIs.
How You’ll Contribute:
- Experience in defining ICP/personas, writing positioning and messaging frameworks that translate into solution messaging
- Work cross functionally driving alignment across teams and with key collaborations on GTM execution
- Stay on top of trends and consistency research customers and partners to understand insights
- Drive to stand up a new function and put processes in place
- Amazing communicator who seeks feedback, learns from mistakes, and has a positive outlook in building a metrics driven plan
In your day-to-day, you will:
- Develop product messaging and positioning that is differentiated, clear and customer-centric.
- Build the core value proposition and selling points (across product and features for ICPs/Personas)
- Enable our sales and marketing teams with sales enablement materials, including presentations, battle cards, and product collateral, to ensure we’re effectively communicating our value proposition.
- Partner closely with product teams to shape product initiatives that drive innovation for our customers.
- Work with product management, engineering and GTM team to develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature updates.
- Drive the development of core marketing materials including master messaging documents, all website product messaging and deliverables, video demos and tutorials, field enablement tools, such as case studies, presentations, white papers, sales kits etc.
- Work closely with customer GTM teams to gather and synthesize feedback and partnering with product to inform the roadmap and strategy.
- Lead the competitive marketing strategy, including prioritizing competitive analyses to identify business and technology advantages
- Define and measure success, ensuring that we’re tracking the right metrics and delivering on our mission of driving product adoption.
What We’re Looking For
You also have some combination of the following:
- 5+ years of Product marketing experience in Enterprise Software (experience in an early-stage startup environment is a huge plus).
- You’ve created and executed personas, messaging and GTM Launch plans
- Attention to detail with a trained editorial eye for accuracy and look and feel.
- Ability to bring product to life through storytelling, consistent brand, and design.
- Experience growing a broad audience via social channels to a significant size.
- Experience working in a startup and/or dynamic environment
- Client-facing experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; Master’s degree a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

The hiring salary range for this role is $140,000 - $155,000, and represents the target offer range given the scope and experience expectations for this role.
