📐 About this role

As Director, Healthcare Solutions, you will be a key team member building the Healthcare vertical at the leading Enterprise Generative AI form. You will create innovative AI solutions to address key challenges in the life sciences sector through the full product life cycle, from conceptualization, to sales, to implementation and evaluation to the world’s top healthcare firms, focusing on US-based payors.  You will report to the Health Industry Lead, who manages the combined Healthcare and Life Sciences vertical.

🦸🏻‍♀️ Your responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the rapidly evolving generative AI space, with a specific focus on applications and use cases relevant to the healthcare and health insurance industry
• Become an expert in how generative AI can change business for healthcare companies. Help customers understand how our full-stack approach can help them in their industry.
• Understand how these generative AI use cases drive real enterprise value for healthcare clients, and develop methodologies for prospectively predicting RoI, as well as measuring RoI in implementation
• Collaborate with Writer’s Go-To-Market team to develop demos and sales enablement materials in these use cases
• Collaborate with sales teams to conduct engaging product demonstrations to stakeholders, helping prospects articulate and quantify the business case for investment in generative AI solutions for the healthcare sector
• Use their deep understanding of healthcare use cases to develop specifications for AI solutions, and collaborate with Writer’s technical teams to build them in both pre- and post-sales environments

⭐️ Is this you?

• 7+ years experience in healhcare, including 2-4 years at a top-tier consulting firm serving payors, and 2+ years at a major payor or a technology company serving payors
• Deep understanding of the entire US healthcare system and the organization of payers, including network, clinical, claims, operations, PBM, UM, etc.
• Thrive in a scrappy, fast-paced environment - ours is not a mature product category, it will require creativity and active listening to figure out how Writer’s solutions can be most transformative
• A deep understanding of the legal, regulatory, policy and competitive dynamics affecting the US healthcare industry, including VBC, CMS regulations and payment policies, etc.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
