📐 About this role
The Director of account-based marketing will be responsible for creating and executing a go-to-market plan for Writer's high-value Enterprise target accounts. They will work with the Sales, Partner, and Marketing teams to increase engagement, build relationships, and drive sales through marketing campaigns. This is a player/coach role that needs good planning skills, world-class communication, and the ability to create campaigns that drive results.
🦸🏻♀️ Your responsibilities
• Develop and execute a strategic account-based marketing plan to support Writer’s growth in the Enterprise market
• Collaborate with the Sales team to identify and prioritize target accounts and decision-makers within those accounts
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the target accounts’ business needs, challenges, and opportunities
• Create and manage personalized, multi-touch campaigns to engage decision-makers at target accounts and drive awareness and interest in Writers solutions
• Work closely with the entire marketing team to develop and curate relevant and compelling campaigns for target accounts
• Collaborate with the Sales team to develop account-specific messaging and collateral
• Track, measure, and report on the success of marketing campaigns based on ROI and budget allocation
• Continuously monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform and adapt the account-based marketing strategy
⭐️ Is this you?
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in account-based marketing or enterprise marketing
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful account-based marketing strategies and campaigns
• Strong understanding of the Enterprise market and the buyer’s journey
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers
• Experience working closely with Sales teams to drive revenue and meet business goals
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and report on campaign success
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience using marketing tools such as 6sense, Mutiny, and HubSpot
