We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Communications who will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies encompassing public relations, analyst relations, and internal communications to enhance our company's brand reputation, engage stakeholders, and drive business objectives.

πŸ¦ΈπŸ»β€β™€οΈ Your responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic communication plans to effectively position the company in the market, build brand awareness, and drive positive media coverage.
  • Manage relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure media placements and cultivate positive relationships.
  • Lead analyst relations efforts, including building and maintaining relationships with industry analysts, managing analyst briefings, and leveraging analyst insights to shape company messaging and positioning.
  • Oversee internal communications initiatives, ensuring effective communication channels, tools, and processes are in place to engage and inform employees, fostering a positive and aligned company culture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling content, including press releases, thought leadership articles, blog posts, and social media content.
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage, industry trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and mitigate potential risks.
  • Serve as a spokesperson for the company, representing our brand and messaging in media interviews, industry events, and speaking engagements.

⭐️ Is this you?

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience 10 years in a similar role, specializing in public relations, analyst relations, and internal communications.
  • Strong understanding of media relations, crisis communications, and reputation management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for various audiences.
  • Demonstrated success in securing media coverage and building relationships with journalists and influencers.
  • Experience managing analyst relations programs and leveraging analyst insights to shape company messaging.
  • Proficiency in utilizing communication tools and platforms, including media monitoring software, content management systems, and social media management tools.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
