Sales Manager - Mid Market

As a Mid Market Sales Manager, you will be responsible to grow the market by participating in all phases of the sales life cycle. This role will focus on growing sales opportunities for products and services Yellow offers. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual, who can work under dynamic conditions and can foster productive relationships with a diverse customer and partner group. 
Responsibilities
  • Developing and managing sales cycles from lead capture to sales closure.
  • Leading introductory meetings with potential customers including positioning Yellow's value proposition.
  • Manage accounts by building intelligence and fostering prospect relationships through personalized contact, understanding of prospect’s needs and ability to communicate solution values of products and services. 
  • Meet monthly strategic objectives including developing consistent qualified sales pipeline and closing new logos.
  • Knowledge or previous experience in using tools like: Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Social media engagement platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn and others.
  • Collaborate with internal Compliance, Legal, and Finance to ensure efficient and compliant strategy and deal execution.
  • Connect with key influencers and executive sponsors in target organizations and develop trusted advisor status.
  • Mandatory Skills
  • 5+ years of sales experience in B2B SaaS Sales.
  • Experience in chatbots/conversational AI space.
  • Experience selling in the mid-market business space.
  • Should have handled Quotas in the range of $100K - $150K per quarter.
  • India Market will be an added advantage.
  • Enjoy the new client/logo acquisition process utilizing sales tech, email and phone.
  • Are a proven top performer with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Have strong Sales/Business Development experience in managing your quota, pipeline, and opportunities.
  • Have a dynamic personality, able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences at all levels across the business.
  • You have confident communication skills (written and verbal), and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of internal and external organizations.
  • You have an excellent business acumen with the requisite communication, organizational and interpersonal skills needed to generate new revenue in a fast-paced environmentYou have a consultative approach to winning new business.
