Key Responsibilities:

  • Innovate and Architect: Design and construct sophisticated applications for the Android platform, setting new benchmarks for excellence.
  • Collaborate and Influence: Join forces with cross-functional teams to brainstorm, design, and deploy features that break new ground.
  • Assure Quality: Harness your expertise to unit-test code for robustness, usability, and reliability, turning challenges into triumphs.
  • Enhance and Optimize: Tackle bug fixing and enhance application performance, ensuring our apps run like a dream.
  • Explore and Implement: Be on the forefront of technological exploration, adopting new techniques to amplify development efficiency.
  • Lead and Inspire: Direct the architecture and coding of complex modules, mentoring your team to achieve greatness together.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experienced Developer: 4-6 years of solid experience in software development, specifically with a proven track record in Android app development and launching impactful applications in the Play Store.
  • Proficient with Kotlin and Java.
  • Strong understanding of Android SDK and different versions of Android.
  • Architectural Acumen: Significant experience in architecting large-scale Android applications, showcasing an understanding of design patterns, best practices, and structuring apps for scalability, maintainability, and optimal performance.
  • Technical Leadership and Mentorship: Demonstrated technical leadership, guiding teams through complex development challenges and providing mentorship to junior developers to foster their professional growth.
  • Comprehensive Tech Stack Knowledge: A broad understanding of the Android tech stack, with the ability to integrate various frameworks and third-party libraries seamlessly.
  • Lifecycle Management Expertise: Deep familiarity with the full mobile development lifecycle, ensuring excellence from initial concept through to deployment and beyond.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills, capable of addressing complex technical challenges with innovative solutions.
  • Knowledge of Kotlin Multiplatform (Nice to Have): Familiarity with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) is a plus, indicating an interest in or experience with developing cross-platform applications that share logic between iOS and Android.
