As a Growth Associate, you're at the heart of executing our priorities in the market, supporting and driving forward initiatives that are key to our company's growth trajectory. You will actively participate in the full spectrum of growth activities, from deep market analysis to direct sales operations to event strategy to partnership cultivation to targeted outreach. This role requires an ambitious individual who can switch gears seamlessly, managing a diverse portfolio of projects with skill and precision.

Reporting to the Head of Growth, your role will stretch across different functions, offering you the opportunity to impact our market presence directly through:
- Business Development: Play a leading role in our business development efforts, helping to identify and pursue new opportunities that can lead to revenue growth.
- Conduct Market and Competitive Research: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive movements to inform our growth strategies and operational focus.
- Lead Event Initiatives: Craft and execute targeted event plans that boost brand visibility, engage potential customers, and build valuable partnerships.
- Drive Growth Projects: Contribute to the planning and execution of other growth initiatives, applying your understanding of market dynamics to drive our expansion.
- Enhance Sales Operations: Optimize our sales funnel and processes, ensuring the team's efforts are efficient, agile, and impactful.
- Multitasking Mastery: Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills by juggling multiple priorities, ensuring each project advances without compromising attention to detail or delivery timelines.
Your Experience
- 2-4 years experience in fast-paced, highly strategic, outcomes-oriented environments where you’d made a mark
- While the skills you have developed are more important than where you developed them, we believe there will strong benefits to backgrounds that include experiences such as: high-growth early-stage startups, B2B SaaS companies, management consulting firms, workforce development organizations

Location
This role will be based in New York City. Most days we work from home but everyone comes to the office at least once a week for face-to-face collaboration and team building.
Compensation
The base salary range for this role is $80,000-100,000 base salary plus equity and opportunity for bonus; it is variable based on applied experience and other factors identified by the hiring committee.

Generally, this entire process takes around 4 weeks, although the timing can vary due to specific candidate circumstances.
