Position Summary
We are seeking a recruiting coordinator to join the team! You will own coordination for all candidates and interviews at Adept.
Responsibilities:
- Own end to end coordination for all interviews at Adept. This includes both virtual and in person interviews, and candidate travel
- Provide an excellent experience to every candidate you interact with
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure their hiring pipelines have a flawless and smooth interview process
- Serve as the organizational backbone for the recruiting organization at Adept
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience working in an environment that requires strong operational rigor
- Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Outstanding time management skills, with the ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment
- Aptitude to learn quickly and grow with an organization
- Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in our San Francisco office
The pay range for this position in California is $40/hour. This is a temporary position for 3 months with potential to convert to a full time role.
