Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our small but mighty recruiting team here at Adept. You will join as the second recruiter on the team and fully own hiring processes for a variety of roles, most of them technical.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the entire recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles, from sourcing and interviewing to closing
  • Guide candidates throughout the recruiting process, deeply understanding the unique motivations, interests and needs of each candidate and how to align them with Adept
  • Analyze recruiting metrics and talent market data to guide your work and drive strategic conversations with hiring partners
  • Give regular progress updates on pipeline metrics and suggest improvements to processes, keeping an eye on scalability and quality
  • Drive the business towards meeting hiring objectives with an emphasis on diversity, equity, belonging, and inclusion

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a technical recruiter in a high growth environment, preferably some experience at an early stage startup
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and closing top-tier technical talent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in person full time in San Francisco, CA

The pay range for this position in California is $120,000 - $200,000yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, candidate location, and experience. We also offer competitive equity packages in the form of stock options and a comprehensive benefits plan.
