About the role:
As an Algorithm Engineer, you'll be an integral part of our innovation engine, contributing to the development and optimization of algorithms that drive the heart of our AI products. You'll work in a collaborative environment, surrounded by fellow enthusiasts who appreciate the art and science behind efficient algorithms.
You will:

Design, implement, and optimize algorithms for our cutting-edge computer vision algorithms to build the next generation of eKYC products (including document OCR, face recognition and liveness detection) for customer onboarding processes.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, software engineers, business teams to understand requirements, identify issues for our technical roadmap, and integrate advanced algorithms into our technology stack.

Collaborate closely with Platform team to build and optimize internal autoML pipeline

Identify opportunities for performance improvements and implement optimizations of cutting-edge algorithm techniques to enhance the efficiency and speed of our algorithms and products.

Develop robust testing frameworks to validate the correctness and reliability of algorithms, ensuring they perform optimally in diverse scenarios.
What you'll need to succeed:

Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Machine Learning or a related field.

At least 1.5 years of proven experience in designing and implementing complex algorithms for real-world applications in Computer Vision.

Solid background in algorithms, data structure and object-oriented programming

Strong coding skills, preferably in languages such as Python, C++

Good background in machine learning and deep learning platforms

Track record of successfully delivering high performance ML-driven products
-
Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a fast-growing company.
