Digital and Content Lead

THE ROLE
The Digital and Content Lead will be responsible for driving integrated campaigns that engage both individual user personas and buyer personas across all digital channels. This role demands expertise in segmenting different user types, industries, and company segments. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating and executing creative content, ads, and digital experiences that resonate with our target audiences. Additionally, the Digital and Content Lead will drive community engagement, effectively combining real-life experiences with digital interactions to create a cohesive brand presence.
WHAT THIS ROLE REQUIRES
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing and growth, with a proven track record in B2B SaaS or AI infrastructure companies.
- Strong expertise in integrated campaign development, digital advertising, and content creation.
- Proficiency in audience segmentation and data analytics.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Hubspot), CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Experience with AI and machine learning technologies.
- Knowledge of community management and engagement strategies.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Integrated Campaign Development:
- Design and execute integrated campaigns that span across digital channels, including social media, email, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising.
- Develop creative content strategies that resonate with both individual user personas and buyer personas.
- Implement and manage digital ads, optimizing for conversion and engagement across segmented audiences.
- Audience Segmentation:
- Identify and segment different user types, industries, and company segments for targeted campaign execution.
- Leverage data analytics to continuously refine and optimize segmentation strategies.
- Tailor messaging and content to fit the needs and interests of each segment.
- Community Engagement:
- Foster community engagement through digital channels, building a strong online presence.
- Combine real-life experiences, such as events or webinars, with digital marketing efforts to create integrated brand experiences.
- Monitor and engage with community members to drive brand loyalty and advocacy.
- Performance Optimization:
- Use analytics tools to track campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize campaigns for better results.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine content, messaging, and delivery across all digital platforms.
- Report on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
