AI Engineer (Generalist)

🤝 We're looking for a strong mid-senior teammate to collaborate with teams across AI, 3D, and product development to build the next generation of world-generation tech.

🌍 Your Main Quest

• 🎨 Build, train and deploy generative models that create images, video, 3D models, 3D scenes, and more
• 🎓 Stay in the loop on state-of-the-art AI research and test cutting-edge models
• 👾 Generate and improve synthetic data to help users build robust computer vision models
• 🎙️ Grow yourself as a thought leader in Generative AI and in the image/video generation community
• 🧠 Strategize and brainstorm new product features and direction

📜 Qualifications

Pre-requisite technical skills you’ll need for the role!

• 📦  Intense product focus. Focused on building the right things from day one and dedication to craftmanship. A hunger to build products users love and will buy, and 2+ years of building products for users
• 👩🏻‍🔬 Strong foundation in the scientific method. Able to formulate hypotheses and carry out tests to verify them. Have developed, published, released, or collaborated on original ML research.
• 💭 Outstanding communication and a dedication to human understanding. Able to communicate complex ideas clearly, and write papers, reports, or articles targeted at both technical and non-technical audiences.
• 📸 General knowledge in computer vision and generative image/video/3D, and LLMs
• 👾 Strong up-to-date experience with GANs, NeRFs, Diffusion models (e.g. Text-to-Image models, Img2Img models, Controllable models, and others), and LLMs.
• 🔥 Able to implement, test, and debug code, models and pipelines in PyTorch or TensorFlow
• 🔍 Able to analyze model weights, feature maps, and latent spaces to understand model sensitivity, performance, and failure cases
• 👩🏽‍💻 Experience designing, writing, testing and documenting clean code, using version control, and proficiency translating business requirements into technical specifications

✨ Bonus

• 🎨 Experience with Generative AI for images and its community (SD, Comfy, Midjourney, etc.)
• 🤖 Experience with synthetic data generation, optimization, and usage.
• ⚡ Experience with MLOps frameworks such as PyTorch Lightning, MLFlow, ClearML, etc.
• 🖼️ Experience with classical image processing or sensor simulation
• 👾 Experience with computer graphics, rendering, or game engines
• 🖥️ Experience with multi-GPU and multi-node training and inference
• 🛰️ Experience with autonomous vehicle perception, sensor fusion, and/or geospatial systems
