The C3 AI marketing team is seeking an experienced communications professional to join the corporate communications team focused on creating compelling content and materials about our company, products, technology, and industry in support of the company’s growth, brand awareness, and thought leadership objectives. Reporting to the Head of Communications, the candidate will drive initiatives across various platforms, including internal communications, social media, product materials, and events.

We are looking for an enthusiastic professional to help build our communications program, particularly in driving social media and supporting the overall marketing team with communications materials.

Candidates should be able to understand complex details across business and technology, business processes, and economic value, and communicate that complexity with simplicity and clarity across media. A successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment and demonstrate an ability to execute precisely and quickly. Top-notch written and verbal communications, outstanding organizational skills, and high attention to detail are a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality written content across multiple channels (press releases, web content, emails, social media posts) to drive engagement and brand visibility.
  • Oversee corporate social media channels, ensuring consistent messaging, content delivery, and audience engagement.
  • Scale our social media function as we grow, working closely with various teams such as Alliances, Products, Sales, and Executives.
  • Develop and roll out employee and executive social strategy.
  • Own the full development of the weekly employee newsletter, including sourcing content, and writing and building each edition of the newsletter.
  • Review and edit content produced by other members of the marketing team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 4-5 years in communications, particularly in PR, corporate communications, social media, or digital content, in-house or at an agency.
  • Stellar writing skills and experience creating long- and short-form content for all B2B marketing channels.
  • Strong research skills and desire to learn about a wide range of topics.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with senior executives and lead projects from conception to final execution with excellence.
  • Outstanding teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, creative, high energy, and resourceful.
  • Results-oriented, committed to quality of product, and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work under deadline.
  • Familiarity with AI/machine learning, IoT, big data, and cloud technology.

$103,000$125,000 USD
