Communications Manager, Social & Content

As the Communications Manager, Social and Content, you will lead and execute social media and owned content strategies to elevate Scale AI’s brand presence, engage with key audiences, and drive the conversation around AI and its transformative impact. You Will:

  • Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, FB, Instagram) to enhance Scale AI’s digital presence and engagement.
  • Publish content that showcases Scale AI’s technology, thought leadership, and industry insights via owned channels. 
  • Foster relationships with followers and influencers, respond to comments and queries, and encourage discussions that align with Scale AI’s brand voice and mission.
  • Assist in creating and amplifying content related to media coverage, industry events, and public relations efforts.
  • Track and report on social media and content performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working in B2B or enterprise tech communications
  • 7+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or communications, ideally in the tech or AI sector.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful social media strategies that drive engagement and awareness.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to different platforms and audiences.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools to track performance and optimize campaigns.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms and trends, with a passion for AI and technology.
  • Ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and measure the impact of social and content efforts.

Compensation packages at Scale for eligible roles include base salary, equity, and benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. Scale employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process, and confirm whether the hired role will be eligible for equity grant. $144,000$172,000 USD
