IT Support Specialist

We’re looking for an IT Support who will be part of an innovative team and company, and will be providing front line desktop support and administration for the firm and its software. This will be a first IT hire in Berlin, Germany for us!
You'll be a jack of all trades, supporting our IT infrastructure and working closely with Cresta's end users and external vendors. You'll be exposed to cloud services, enterprise application support, and SaaS apps. You'll also supporting our services such as MacOS, Windows, Okta, o365, slack, etc.
What you'll do: Front line support of company owned Mac OS and Windows devices and SaaS applicationsWork with Mac OS and Windows OS as well as Jamf and Okta productsIn charge of onboarding and offboarding German and EU hires, sets up and terminates account, and manages software licensesProvide technical support across the company, in person, online and/or over the phoneZoom Room and office hardware administration/maintenance in Berlin officeEnterprise applications administration and monitoringResponsible for hardware, printers and related equipment both at the user and office levelManages asset tracking for officesManages user access rights to applications by following security and compliance best practicesProvides desktop support for hardware and software setups, and quality assurance for new usersWilling to be on call for after-hours emergency support coverageAble to travel to our offices in Berlin Germany (1-2 times a week)
What we look for: 3-5 years min. of experience in user support, especially support of Mac OS in an enterprise environment3-5 years min. of experience in user support, especially support of Windows in an enterprise environmentTechnical knowledge of Mac OS software and hardwareJamf Cloud administration concentrating on support and device policies including Okta, Intune, Active DirectoryStrong experience with cloud solutions including Okta, Google Workspaces, o365, Salesforce (cloud first thinking)Basic scripting skills in automation and scalability to deliver efficient and secure resultsUnderstanding of DEP, volume purchasing programs, Apple Business Manager, and integration with Jamf/JamfConnect/Jamf ProtectHands-on experience with installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and office infrastructure including network equipmentAbility to work individually and in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentStartup experience is a plusFluent in English both written and spoken
