People Systems Analyst

Dataiku is seeking a talented and motivated People Systems Analyst to join our People System team! In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the organization with systems-related inquiries and enhancements, as well as leading small projects in collaboration with our People team. This role works very closely with all levels of the company in a global environment and must have prior Workday HCM configuration experience.
This role is 100% remote with the option to work at any of our local offices. The ideal candidate will be able to work Eastern or Central time zone business hours.
What you’ll do:
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for People System tickets with a focus on excellent customer service
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT and other stakeholders to understand system requirements and deliver well designed solutions
- Gather system requirements, configure, test, implement and train the business on changes in Workday
- Create and maintain configuration documentation, as well as User Guides to assist in educating and training employees
- Assist in exploring new Workday features including the bi-annual Workday release cycles
Who you are:
- 4+ years of hands-on configuration experience in Workday modules: HCM, Absence, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Performance, Reporting & Security
- Deep understanding of custom reports, calculated fields, and EIBs
- Thrive in a fast paced environment and comfortable with quickly changing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experienced working at a global organization
- Currently located within either the EST or CST timezones
Nice-to-haves:
- Workday consulting experience a strong plus
- Workday Pro Certifications
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS
- Strong project management skills

The final compensation package for this role will be determined during the interview process and is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, geographic location, internal equity, education, skill set, experience and training. Eligible roles may also be entitled to receive commission or other variable compensation through Dataiku's incentive compensation program.
