Talent Acquisition Intern

How you’ll make an impact:
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment and talent acquisition process within a fast-paced and innovative environment. The Talent Acquisition Intern will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to support various aspects of the recruitment process. This internship provides valuable exposure to the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination.
Some expected outcomes for this role:
- Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Learn and apply best practices in identifying and engaging with potential candidates.
- Contribute to creating a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on various recruitment projects and initiatives.
- Gain exposure to the collaboration between Talent Acquisition and other People functions.
What you need to be successful:
- A strong desire to learn about talent acquisition and the recruitment process.
- Eagerness to acquire new skills and knowledge in a dynamic work environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work on various aspects of the recruitment process.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
What does the hiring process look like?
- Video call with the Technical Recruiting Director (Mathieu)
- One quick Assessment to prepare at home - 1 or 2 hours max
- Video call with the 2 members of the team to debrief the assessment
- Final interview with the VP Talent Acquisition (Nate)
