AI Governance Expert

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Research & Implementation team. As an expert on AI Governance and Policies, you'll join our growing Research & Implementation team to translate AI regulation and policies to the needs of our customers. You’ll work closely with both our product team - to translate the regulatory requirements of our customers to product - as well as sales and marketing to grow our customers. You’ll be playing a critical role in guiding our customers through the complex landscape of AI ethics, compliance, and governance while implementing Deeploy at our customers. 

What you'll be doing 👀

• Translate AI regulations, policies, and standards (e.g., EU AI Act, EU DSA, ISO standards) into actionable (technical) blueprints for our customers
• Implement comprehensive governance structures that include ethical guidelines, compliance requirements, and oversight mechanisms, with a focus on real-life impact
• Collaborate with our customers and partners to develop actionable AI frameworks, and translate these into our product.
• Monitor, analyse, and interpret regulatory trends and new legislation
• Managing various stakeholders throughout implementation projects and research grants
• Be the link between legislation and the Product team and derive ideas for new features
• Promote Deeploy as a thought leader at events and conferences
• Work closely with our commercial teams to win and grow customers

What are we looking for🚶‍♀️

• 3+ years of relevant working experience in the field of AI or tech governance (e.g., Tech consultancy, Legal & Compliance, Data Protection & Security, ...)
• Understanding of AI and technology
• Fluent in English, and preferably Dutch in written and spoken form
• Customer-centric, reliable way of working to ensure highest customer satisfaction
• Natural drive your own projects, share your insights and ideas internally and with our customers
• Thought leadership and ability to share your experiences and learnings at events
• Experience working in an entrepreneurial setting
