What? [You'll be doing] 👀

As a Digital Marketing Intern, you'll work together with the Growth Marketer. In this role, you have plenty of room for your creativity and ideas, ultimately maximizing branded content production and creation, implemented across all direct channels.

Our team is growing fast and we'll support your growth ambitions as much as possible. We're flexible, and as long as you're proactive and take responsibility for your own work, we'll be a great match! 

Your work will consist of:

  • Design and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with our marketing strategies.
  • Create and post engaging textual and visual social media posts, articles, and blogs to support our newsletter, website, and online campaigns.
  • Assist in website development.
  • Perform keyword research and implement SEO tactics.
  • Contribute to the development, improvement, and automation of marketing processes (analytics, lead generation, …).
  • Prepare and distribute press releases on deal announcements and important company updates.
  • Play a vital role in driving and executing strategic projects and initiatives to rapidly scale our business across Europe.
  • Work closely with cross-department stakeholders (e.g. Sales and Product) and our founding team to improve our marketing strategy and drive further growth.
  • Participate and support our community-based events, expanding brand awareness, thought leadership, and strengthening relationships with (potential) clients and the AI community.

 

Within 1 month you'll:

  • Understand how Deeploy works, get integrated within the team, and hit the ground running when it comes to your role.
  • Support social media campaigns aligned with our marketing strategy.
  • Have a basic understanding of AI in general and our proposition.

Within 3 months you'll:

  • Have an in-depth understanding of our Ideal Customer Profile and Buyer Persona.
  • Have written your first articles and performed SEO tactics.
  • Gained in-depth knowledge about MLOps/XAI and the challenges that Deeploy solves.

Within 6 months you'll:

  • Prepare and distribute press releases on deal announcements and important company updates.
  • Take over and drive one of your own projects to support further growth at Deeploy.
  • Support our lead gen processes and website development.

For this position, we are seeking an ambitious, communicatively and creatively skillful, highly motivated, and results-driven Content Marketing Intern with

Minimum Qualifications: 🚶‍♀️

  • An interest in the world of AI and want to experience a tech startup that is vastly growing
  • Be a creative soul, translate ideas into actual content (aligned with our marketing strategy)
  • Profound knowledge and execution skills in web design tools (E.g.: Photoshop, Canva, Jitter, InDesign)
  • You have first-hand experience in content creation within a tech startup, agency, or equivalent
  • You strive to take ownership of tasks & projects and successfully complete them in high quality
  • Sound understanding of project management skills (sense of organization, respect for deadlines)
  • Hands-on experience with social media management (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
  • Fluent in English & (preferable) Dutch, willing to work in an international environment
  • You are available for at least 6 months

How we proceed after the first talk: 📞

Because we think finding and hiring team members is one of the most important things we need to do right as a company, we designed a simple process so you know exactly how we proceed. We like to be quick, and typically complete our interview process within 2 weeks.

Step 1: Apply for the job and give us a good impression of yourself. As the role requires creativity feel free to send your resume in a form that you feel fits to the position. A LinkedIn/CV is also acceptable. We are in the end, even more interested in personal projects that you are proud of.

Step 2: You’ll have a 30-minute introduction call to one of the recruitment team, typically this will let you know about all the great stuff we’re working on, prepare you for the rounds, and answer any questions you may have. Furthermore, we’ll find out a bit more about you on this call.

Step 3: We schedule a meeting with one of our founders. This is an informal meeting where we are mainly interested in who you are, what you value, and where you are proud of. We may highlight some interesting things we read in your application but we certainly are not going to discuss your CV step-by-step.

Step 4: We invite you for another meeting, preferably with 2 team members with who you are likely to work together with in your job. This time we give you a nice Business Development challenge. Depending on the situation we ask you to prepare the challenge before the meeting. Or even better, we invite you to solve the challenge in our office so you can get a grasp of the Deeploy atmosphere as well. We value your time, so we timebox the challenge to a maximum of 3 hours. Remember, experience is a nice bonus, but we mainly look at your engineering potential and team fit.
