Senior Research & Implementation Engineer | Banking & Financial Services

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Design and Implementation team. As an experienced Implementation / R&D Engineer, you'll join our growing Design & Implementation team to translate the needs of our customers into the right implementation of our product. You’ll work closely with both our product team - to translate the needs of our customers to product - as well as sales and marketing to grow our customers. You’ll be responsible for implementing Deeploy at our customers within Banking and Financial Services and ensure that our platform is properly integrated into their infrastructure and tech stack. With your proven track record, you'll help Deeploy go to its next phase to ensure the responsible use of AI. What? [You'll be doing] 👀

• Translate the needs of our customers around responsible AI into technical blueprints and roadmaps.
• Guide the technical implementation of Deeploy at our customers.
• You manage various stakeholders throughout implementation projects and research grants.
• Asses the current AI setup and consult on the future responsible AI infrastructure and implementation roadmap of our customers, primarily in Banking and Financial Services.
• Be the link between our customers and the Product team and derive ideas for new features
• Research new features and develop experimental designs to improve our product continuously.
• Develop custom features, like tailored explainability methods for AI models, or integrations with the tech stack.
• Train our customers in the use of our product and MLOps in general.

What are we looking for🚶‍♀️

• 3+ years of relevant working experience (e.g., Tech consultancy, Data Science, Data/Cloud Engineering, AI, ...) as well as a background AI & Machine Learning.
• Track record of (software) implementation projects within Banking and Financial Services.
• Strong and convincing communication towards different stakeholders up to C-level.
• Customer-centric, reliable way of working to ensure highest customer satisfaction.
• Deep interest in R&D and implementing your findings.
• Fluent in English, and preferably Dutch or German, in written and spoken form.
• Natural drive to develop and share your ideas and research.
• Active role in activating our community with our experiences and learnings.
• Experience working in an entrepreneurial setting.
