As a (Lead) Value Consultant, you will be a critical link between our clients' needs and our software capabilities. You'll work closely with the Exec Search GTM team to understand client requirements, demonstrate how our solutions can meet their specific challenges, and guide them through the onboarding process. Your expertise in both executive recruitment and technology will be invaluable in translating complex technical features into tangible business benefits for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze client requirements and design tailored solutions that address complex business challenges in executive recruiting.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations, highlighting how our software solves specific client problems.
- Develop and present comprehensive onboarding and implementation strategies to ensure smooth client adoption.
- Provide expert technical support and act as an escalation point for customer-related issues.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, customer success, product development, and engineering teams.
- Influence product strategy by effectively communicating customer feedback and market trends.
- Create detailed technical documentation and proposals.
- Conduct architectural and technical workshops to train clients on maximizing the value of our solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape in executive search and recruiting technologies.
