Job Description:
 
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Product Enablement Associate to join our dynamic team at Findem. As a Product Enablement Associate, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging advanced Excel, SQL query, research, and data analytics skills to extract actionable insights and support strategic decision-making processes.
 
Responsibilities:
 
·        Utilize advanced Excel and SQL query skills to gather, organize, and analyze data from various sources.
·        Conduct in-depth research to collect relevant industry, market, and competitor data.
·        Perform data analytics to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies and enhance customer success.
·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions based on research findings.
·        Provide support in creating reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate research findings and insights effectively.
·        Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in research, data analytics, and talent acquisition.
 
Qualifications:
 
·        Any Bachelor's degree.
·        1-3 years of experience in research, data analysis, or a similar role, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
·        Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and SQL query writing.
·        Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract meaningful insights.
·        Excellent research capabilities with a keen attention to detail.
·        Demonstrated experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis.
·        Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey findings and recommendations.
·        Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

 Based out of Bangalore or ready to relocate to Bangalore on immediate basis.
The role is full-time and comes with full benefits. We are globally headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area with our India headquarters in Bengaluru.
