Role 

Reporting to the CFO, the Head of People Operations will serve as a trusted advisor to our leaders as we scale our global organization. As the first People Operations hire, you will own end to end development, execution, and growth of the people strategy at Harvey to ensure employees are engaged and highly productive.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner working with founders and leadership to develop, communicate, and execute a holistic people strategy.
  • Own the design and implementation of organizational processes that support the organization’s rapid growth and foster a thriving, global culture.
  • Own the development and roll out of competitive compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee incentive programs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management and individual contributors regarding day-to-day employee relations.
  • Develop comprehensive learning and development programs that foster continuous growth and high performance.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices at every stage of the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications 

  • 10+ years of experience in People Operations.
  • Deep knowledge of best practices in core HR domains: learning & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
  • A proven track record of owning people strategies at a hyper-growth technology company.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, leadership acumen, problem-solving abilities, and critical thinking skills.

Compensation 

In consideration of market analysis and relevant factors, the salary range for this position is set between $180,000 and $250,000. However, adjustments outside of this range may be considered for candidates whose qualifications significantly differ from those outlined in the job description. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in our equity plan and benefits program. Benefits include, but not limited to: Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage, retirement benefits (401k match up to 4%), and flexible PTO.
