Demand Generation Manager (Europe)
We are seeking a dynamic Demand Generation Manager to develop and implement strategies that generate leads and drive revenue growth for the company. Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize Lakera's demand generation strategy to drive revenue.
- Execute demand generation initiatives across all channels (paid, organic, social, email, offline) to drive new leads and nurture our existing database.
- Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing strategic direction based on analysis.
- Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing automation processes to improve lead nurturing, increase conversion rates to marketing qualified leads, and maintain database integrity.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts, develop and promote marketing materials, and drive sales.
- Create and manage demand generation budgets and forecasts.
- Run ABM campaigns along our Head of Marketing and Sales Team.
About you
- 3-5 years of professional B2B demand generation experience, preferably in a SaaS company.
- Proficiency with HubSpot, GA4, GTM, and hands-on experience running PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google, Reddit, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in marketing attribution measurement.
- Exceptional project and budget management skills.
- Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools, such as DreamData, is a plus.
