What You Will Do
As a Senior UX Writer and Content Designer at Moveworks, you’ll collaborate closely with Product Designers, Product Managers and Product Marketing functions to work across the aisles of product and marketing. You will shape product experiences by creating useful and delightful text that helps users to complete tasks and increase engagement with the platform. You will also help shape how to tell these product stories to the world through our corporate website, which we are also treating as a product as we evolve.
Your role will be integral in translating complex product concepts / call-to-actions into clear, engaging messages that help employees to accomplish their task at hand, and then showcases the value of our AI solutions to enterprise customers. As our first UX Writer / Content Designer, you will also help us to define guidelines, and scale content processes that align with product development cycles, launches, demand generation, and ongoing marketing campaigns, ensuring all content stays consistent with our messaging frameworks and brand voice. You are a self starter and are excited to work with cross functional teams to define something new that fits our business context. You enjoy fast paced execution with frequent feedback and iteration cycles with stakeholders, and are comfortable making decisions with partial information and own the quality of your own work with the best judgment.
In an era where AI is often misunderstood, your expertise will be crucial in demystifying complex topics and delivering clear, compelling information that helps our audience make informed decisions. Your role will ensure that our content not only engages employees and buyers but also reflects our commitment to quality and strategic impact
- Create clear, concise, and engaging copy for product interfaces (e.g. navigation , error messages, onboarding flows, tooltips, and other UI elements) targeting key user needs and journeys
- Drive vision for product language and content through collaboration with Product Designers, Product Managers, and other writing functions like Technical Writers / Product Marketing ensure cohesive product narratives
- Conduct user research and testing to optimize product content, ensuring that language is intuitive and accessible to a diverse audience.
- Collaborate with PMM develop marketing copy for various channels including website, landing pages, email campaigns, social media, and paid ads that resonate with target audiences
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce copy that aligns with campaign objectives, brand voice, and SEO best practices that drive user engagement and conversions.
- Develop and document your strategies with guidelines, and establish best practices and principles
- Manage projects from needs assessment to implementation; identify opportunities, establish priorities, secure resources, and manage stakeholders.
What You Bring To The Table
- 3+ years of experience writing in-product copy and/or product marketing, particularly in B2B or SaaS industries.
- Proven ability to craft detailed, engaging long-form content that simplifies complex product concepts for broader enterprise audiences.
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working alongside design, product, engineering, marketing and cross-functional teams to create cohesive, aligned content in product and for marketing needs
- A demonstrated track record of producing high-quality in product content design/ copywriting, and/or marketing content that meets brand guidelines and supports marketing goal. Please show portfolio examples whenever possible.
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a focus on delivering content that drives engagement and product understanding.
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience working in high-tech startups or mid-sized SaaS companies
- Experience with tools like Figma / Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Familiarity with emerging web content trends and technologies.
Compensation Range: $150,000 - $232,000
*Our compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions or bonus plans.
Ultimately, in determining pay, final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, the role’s scope and complexity, the candidate’s experience and expertise, and other factors.
