Sales Director (f/m/d)*

YOUR MISSION:

As a Sales Director (f/m/d)*, your mission is to lead and inspire a team of talented Enterprise Account Executives across the DACH region, including Austria and Switzerland. You'll be responsible for driving revenue growth and securing new enterprise business.

You’ll craft tailored sales strategies, build lasting relationships with C-level executives, enhance internal processes, and serve as a trusted consultant to customers. Your primary focus will be achieving revenue targets and increasing customer satisfaction.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Enterprise Account Executives across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, addressing the unique challenges and opportunities in the Financial Services Industry.
  • Design and implement creative sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with C-level executives, securing new business through thoughtful negotiation and closing complex deals.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering and cross-functional teams to optimize processes that meet the specific needs.
  • Serve as a strategic consultant to customers, showcasing Parloa’s ability to deliver strong ROI and identifying new opportunities for partnership.
  • Lead engaging presentations and workshops that highlight Parloa’s value to customers.
  • Oversee and report on the sales pipeline, providing senior management with accurate forecasts.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by delivering exceptional service and support to customers.

LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach, Notion, Asana, Gong, Miro, Typescript

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • 8+ years of B2B software sales experience, ideally in the Financial Services Industry, consistently achieving or exceeding goals.
  • 3+ years of experience leading and supporting Enterprise Account Executives, ideally within DACH markets.
  • Strong analytical skills, with deep insights into Enterprise Sales.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, capable of connecting with customers at every level.
  • Fluent in both German (native/bilingual) and English.
  • Experience with conversational AI, VoIP, or phone infrastructure is a plus, but not required.
