Enterprise Account Executive Team Lead - FSI Focus (f/m/d)*

YOUR MISSION:

As an Enterprise Account Executive Team Lead (f/m/d)*, specializing in the Financial Services Industry (FSI), your mission is to lead and manage a team of dedicated professionals in securing new enterprise business and driving revenue growth within the FSI sector.

You will develop tailored sales strategies, build robust relationships with C-level executives in the FSI, enhance processes, and serve as a trusted consultant to customers. Your primary goal is to achieve revenue targets, drive customer satisfaction and retention, and shape future conversations within the FSI landscape.

 

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Lead, manage, and grow a specialized team of Enterprise Account Executives, focusing on the unique challenges and opportunities within the Financial Services Industry.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies specifically designed to maximize revenue growth opportunities within the FSI market.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives within the FSI to negotiate and close complex deals, securing new logos.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and other teams to analyze and enhance existing processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness tailored to the FSI sector.
  • Act as a strategic consultant to FSI customers, demonstrating how Parloa delivers significant ROI to their business and identifying new use cases.
  • Deliver targeted presentations and lead workshops for FSI customers, showcasing Parloa's value proposition and capabilities.
  • Manage and report on the sales pipeline within the FSI, providing accurate forecasts to senior management.
  • Drive FSI customer satisfaction and retention by ensuring excellent customer service and support.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B software sales, with a focus on the Financial Services Industry, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Extensive experience leading and managing a team of Enterprise Account Executives, preferably within the FSI sector.
  • Proven track record of negotiating complex deals with C-level executives in the FSI market.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, specifically tailored to the nuances of the FSI sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with FSI customers at all levels.
  • Native/bilingual German (spoken and written) and excellent English skills.
  • Technical affinity and the ability to understand and communicate Parloa's product and technology to FSI customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Previous work experience with conversational AI, VoIP, or Phone Infrastructure Skills would be a plus.
