Product Instructional Designer (f/m/d)*

YOUR MISSION:

As an Product Instructional Designer at Parloa, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing effective and interactive learning solutions. You will be responsible for delivering high-impact training programs focused on our SaaS products. Collaborating with subject matter experts (SME) such as Product Managers, Solution Engineers, CX Designers, and other stakeholders, you will play a key role in creating content that enhances the knowledge and skills of our teams, our customers, and our partners. You have a strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and the ability to leverage various instructional technologies. 

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify learning objectives and knowledge gaps
• Design high quality instructional materials, including e-learning course, instruction-led training, videos, and live training
• Customize training content to meet the specific needs of different user groups and skill levels
• Work closely with subject matter experts to gather and validate content
• Analyze feedback and performance data to make continuous improvements to learning materials
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality
• Communicate project progress and challenges to stakeholders regularly
• Implement knowledge checks to measure the effectiveness of training programs
• Collaborate with the Customer Experience and Partnerships teams to organize training with customers and partners

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• 2-5 years of working experience in training or instructional design, or in customer experience roles
• Proven experience in instructional design and development, ideally in SaaS
• Proficiency in using instructional design tools and softwares
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and trends in instructional design
• Formal education in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
• Business fluent in English (C2)
