Customer Marketing Manager

We, at People.ai, are seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to join our marketing ranks. We are looking for a self-starter who can build a net new customer advocacy program to harvest the best success stories from within our customer community. In addition, the Customer Marketing Manager will develop a new ABM-centric campaign to target existing customers for a cross-sell or upsell motion as part of our expansion and renewal program. The Customer Marketing Manager will be excellent at building relationships with customers as well as internal counterparts to develop a bench of fans and architect customer-targeted events. 
Responsibilities
  • Develop ABM campaigns for current customers including on-site events
  • Launch new customer satisfaction surveys
  • Create a customer advocacy program to collect success stories, quotes, and testimonials
  • Lead our efforts on review sites, such as G2
  • Scale customer advisory board events both virtual and in-person
  • Write customer newsletters and email programs to create demand and encourage renewals
  • Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Experience working with customers at B2B enterprise software companies
  • Expertise in creating ABM-centric events with customers
  • Excellent at building relationships with customers
  • Track-record with building impactful success stories
  • A reasonable estimate of on-target earnings (OTE) is $115,000 to $150,000. Additionally, regular employees may be eligible for commissions or bonus programs (target included in OTE), equity, and benefits. The range is subject to change. People.ai takes into wide range of factors when determining an individual’s pay. These factors can include, skill set, training and experience, licensure and certifications, and location and metropolitan area.
