We're excited to begin expanding our software quality engineering team and searching for the right person to help fill this critical role! This would be a new QA resource working alongside cross-functional teams to deliver effortless software to physicians to improve clinical outcomes drastically and ultimately save patient lives. There is an immediate need for multi-product support to build out automated and manual test suites to ensure our software is of the highest quality possible. This is a high-growth opportunity to join our impactful stage and conceptualize and build our QA automation suite from scratch alongside our software quality engineering team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting with all QA activities and collaborating with multiple teams.
- Design and creation of automated test suites across various services and applications.
- First line of support for bugs reported from customer channels, including investigations, writing bug tickets, and verifying resolution.
- Perform functionality testing on Rad AI product, including verifying feature implementations, testing new releases (writing bug tickets).
- Ensure project deadlines are met effectively and consistently.
Who We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of general software programming experience with C#, including regular use of major scripting languages. An additional consideration for experience with object-oriented programming languages (Python, Java, etc.).
- Comfortability writing Unit Tests.
- API testing experience (C# Minimal API, FastAPI, GraphQL, Postman).
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC.
- Experience working with CI/CD tools (Github Actions, Circle CI).
- Working knowledge of SQL.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience working with AWS and/or Google Cloud.
- Healthcare/Medical industry experience, ideally in a startup environment.
- Experience with Robot Framework, Selenium, Cypress, or other automation frameworks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
