Marketing Manager - Fixed Term
Are you passionate about marketing? We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing organization. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies with a particular focus on public sector customers, prospects, and partners. You will work collaboratively with executives across the company, including the Public Sector Team.

How you will make an impact:
- Create Marketing strategies that are in line with our business development strategy to ensure business success
- Create and execute marketing campaigns with engaging content that targets Public Sector and government organizations
- Develop emails, newsletters, and other marketing content to increase our brand awareness with customers, prospects, and partners
- Collaborate with sales to develop targeted messaging and collateral for specific accounts or opportunities
- Organize marketing content to support our internal team and external partners
- Create and edit marketing communications materials for accuracy, clarity, brevity, and logic
- Conduct market research to identify key trends, opportunities, and challenges in the public sector
- Develop a content calendar to manage proactive social media posts that align with business goals and brand
- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content that promotes high levels of follower engagement
- Support external events and tradeshows, including venue selection, space configuration, invitations, agenda, catering, A/V, speaker slides and materials, and marketing materials
- Partner with various other departments to answer questions/reviews on social media to provide meaningful and accurate responses
- Provide regular reporting on social media engagement and reputation management trends
- Lead partnerships with trade organizations, nonprofits, think tanks and others to advance our message and relationship
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in marketing, communication or equivalent relevant experience
- 4+ years' experience working with public sector organizations
- Ability to absorb technical material and translate it into engaging content
- Capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, managing timelines to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent writing, editing and verbal communications skills
- Expertise in using MS Office - Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Adobe family of products, google workspace, and other creative software
- Experience with Marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Pardot or others
- Creativeness to come up with new ideas to engage with prospects and customers
- Good interpersonal skills to communicate and connect with members of different teams
- Great attention to detail
- Willingness to travel, as needed, to support events (approx 1x/month)
- US citizenship required to meet contractual obligations
